Q: How long does it take to receive my product?
A: After we receive your order it wil be sent by Australia Post
within 5 working days. If you wish to check the status of your order
email us at sales@pressenter.com.au or ring us.
Q: What sort of message can be added to bottom of print?
A: Adding a message makes the gift more personal.

A: There can be as a computer screen does not show true colour, but they are close.
Q: What size are your prints?
A: All our prints are 8x10 unless otherwise stated. If they appear landscape, they are.
If they appear portrait, they are.
We use 8"x10" as it is the most popular size in Australia for framing.
A4 is a standard document and certificate size frame.
Q: How do you pack the prints for postage?
A: All prints are flat packed with thick cardboard. The front is stamped
'Do not bend photo enclosed'
Q: Do you sell frames for your product?
A: We don't sell frames from our website. The cost of posting is
prohibitive as well as damage to the glass may occur.
All our prints are 8"x10" unless otherwise stated so they fit a standard frame.
Simply purchase a frame of your choice from any department store
Q: What is the method of payment?
A: When you pay online we use PayPal for credit card orders.
You can use this method to pay by credit card even if you do not have an existing account.
More and more companies are offering Paypal as a payment option and is a secure
and useful way to pay for goods over the internet.
WE ARE IN A COUNTRY AREA SO PLEASE ALLOW AN EXTRA DAY FOR DELIVERY.
Please note you do not require Paypal account as the facility installed allows for payment via your Mastercard or Visa credit card. Your details are safe and protected throughout the entire transaction. Your credit card details are not kept on our computer system and once payment is made 'Press Enter - Names In Frames' does not have access to private details.
Sample Name and Meaning
Each name has its own meaning. It is dependent on the spelling of the name.
On the last line is the optional message line. It can include a birth date. Any message you like.
Each name is sized to fit the print you pick.
